Piercy Hardwoods Ltd. customer's range from architects through to zookeepers (yes zookeepers, we recently supplied a private zoo owner with elm logs to create an enclosure for his hippopotomus).

With every project being custom, the process can and does vary, but below you will find a brief description of our typical procedure.

To get started
Begin by simply giving Piercy Hardwoods Ltd a call, send them an email, arrange a visit or send the enquiry form (See bottom of page). Whether you know exactly what you want down to the last detail or simply have a need. Piercy Hardwoods Ltd has the ability to supply you the materials you require to fill your own personal vision and style.

Meeting
This step can be done on the phone, through email, or a visit to Piercy Hardwoods Ltd workshop (by appointment). During this time, Piercy Hardwoods Ltd collects all of the information needed to provide a quote.

Example of First Meeting Customer Expectations

• Provide Drawings, samples, photos of what you would like
• Provide functional reasons for choosing to do project
• Provide Budget
• Provide Timetable
• Provide custom samples to be matched

Quotation
After the customer has supplied all information needed, you will receive a quotation showing the exact cost including shipping/delivery charges. The "Total Cost" will be valid for 30 days beyond date posted. The quotation is determined through information provided by the client and is subject to change based on the accuracy of that information.

Delivery/Collection
Piercy Hardwoods Ltd can arrange shipping/delivery of your order if collection is not an option
